Answer the essential question: How can new ideas or technologies change society? New Technologies and ideas can change the world like the printing press did in the renaissance by allowing people to learn new things. The printing press really changed the world during the Renaissance because of how much knowledge was spread, it was the spark to new ideas and new discoveries.

How does what we learned connect to the real world? What we learned connects to the real world because we studied about what really happened in the past. This connects to the real world because many inventions and ideas that were made or thought of in the renaissance are used now. The parachute which was thought of in the renaissance is used a lot in the modern world. The printing press which has no become a lot more efficient than it was in the renaissance is also very efficient and is used a lot now.

Choose one piece of work that you completed this unit. What did you learn from this piece of work? Was it interesting? Was it challenging? Did it teach you a new skill? Did it reinforce skills you already have? My test that I did was really challenging because it was about everything that we learned since the beginning of the unit, it was especially hard because the test made us write a lot of our ideas down and had a minimum amount of points to get full marks. Even though the test was really hard it helped me get better at writing a lot on demand which I am not used to.
